As we all come to terms with the COVID-19 outbreak, we’d like to take this opportunity to share the steps that we are taking to ensure that we continue to offer the levels of service that you expect from Protect My Income.
Our primary concern continues to be the health and safety of colleagues, customers, our business partners and our local communities.
In accordance with the Government directive, our Head Office is now closed until further notice. We have already switched to our Mobile Working strategy and our staff have the technology in place to be able to continue to work remotely. This will ensure that we’re able to provide you with the same excellent levels of service now that our Head Office is no longer open.
We will continue to process new applications for insurance, answer queries from existing customers and support claims between the core hours of 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
New enquires for cover will be able to be dealt with by our Sales Agents between the core hours of 10:00 to 20:30 Monday to Friday, and between 10:00 to 16:30 on Saturday and Sundays*
